useful supermarket good wifi missing machine unfulfilled cleaning

The location was convenient for accessing transport links. an express supermarket in the ground floor was also very useful. i found the wifi connection good. It worked without issues.

i found there was no coffee machine provided, even though the equipment list suggested there would be one. instead, there was a moka pot. at check-in, i was charged for two days of cleaning. cleaning did not happen even once and i would expect it to be included in the hotel stay.
